ACERCA DE LET´S PHO

El chef Charlie Huynh es originario de Saigón, nació en Vietnam y más tarde se mudó a los EE. UU. cuando tenía 13 años. Comenzó a desarrollar su pasión por la cocina allí a temprana edad, al tener que vivir sin su familia tuvo que aprender a hacer sus propios platos.

Chef Huynh opened up 3 restaurants in Houston Texas, USA. He had been visiting Vallarta for 10 years, and in October 2022 he decided to introduce his cuisine to this beautiful town. “Cuisine is not just the food we serve, it’s also culture, and part of my identity, it’s part of who I am that I have the privilege introducing to this charming city.
